I never said stupid but FOMO. that is simple bro try to chat the BUYER and ask for real proof link (myfxbook, mql, ftmo) Not IMAGE and if the buyer really can pass he should have for his own prop firm.

if you have EA that can pass you and if you want to sell it. at least you use for passing yourself right? 400k FTMO 600k MFF and then sell it with your proof just input your LIVE (not challenge) to mql or myfxbook NOT IMAGE

even if the proof and all things are clear it doesn't guarantee that we get what the seller uses for his LIVE (maybe it is only bait)

actually, if we put aside our emotions and FOMO. that is very simple to decide ( i am not claiming i am the one always true but my point is at least we minimize being disappointed by selective before buying)
