Im curious to see how valuable this can be used as a sort of access or timing entries on futures, as you said many market big hands tends to use futures as a hedging tool, do you also trade futures or you are only on options?

 

This gives you really good support and resistance levels. So you can use them as that. Timing can be very tricky and difficult as market can easily move in and around these levels. As they say, its more of a zone not a exact level as it depends on what other flows are in the market. But having that understanding of these levels and what they mean in terms of flows is the edge.So, Applying some sensible risk management and leaning against these levels is the way to go. This can be done with futures trading directionally for example waiting for market to reach the levels and then watching for a reaction to jump in. Or with options by selling spreads or collecting premium beyond these levels.
