Buy Hedge Scalper EA 2024

Folks, FYI, here are my forward test results on IG after 30 hours. Does anyone have similar good results or different? It would be good to be able to compare for robustness.

 

Also, has anyone on this platform encountered any other similar high-performing EAs that we can consider for purchase & testing? Let's get stronger together.

We're probably all using different set files, I ran optimization on this and it has given pretty good results for the moment. Really confident about this one.

 

I'm forward testing using the 'Smart Strategy' (from the included set files) on 9k to 12k set. Running on H1 for UF, GU, EUUJ, UC, AU, EG, EA, EF, EJ, GF, GJ & GA pairs (mimicking one of the videos). Relatively low DD which is quite amazing. Any others doing forward testing pls share including details above. I think we are onto something pretty good.

 

That's a lot of pairs! What's the lot size? I'd be careful with the sets the seller gave us, DD might reach some dangerous highs during news or trending moments...

Have been running something similar for a while with good results (), but this hedge scalper is much better in many aspects, so went live directly.

This is my set, running on a $1K account on GBPAUD, EURCAD, NZDUSD & AUDCAD. They all have slightly different sets.

 

I used the exact set file setting provided by the seller including the lot sizing. Have not attempted to optimize the settings by back-testing yet as I was more keen on forward testing. Surprisingly, despite simultaneously trading the many pairs, the max aggregate drawdown so far was only 2%. There were 2 SL trades which to me was 'Good news' as a good EA cannot be too perfect.

I'm already forward-testing the free QM EA. As much as there are gains, the floating losses negate those gains, so it's not very promising. This Hedge EA 24 seems to be working exceptionally well.

Made a discovery that might be helpful. I observed 4 trades closed in close succession. 3 were EURJPY (2 losing, 1 winning) with net loss. 1 was GBPJPY (winning), which uncannily net off the net loss, delivering a near-neutral exit of EURJPY. This means this EA contra across pairs to exit a set of net loss in one pair to refresh the trades instead of holding on to losing trades for too long. Quite a good strategy.

Others, please share your own observations/forward test results. This helps would-be buyers and those actively trading this EA now. We can progress as a team.

Can it be traded on a small acct? What is the minimum recommended balance (maybe with less pairs configured)?

I've found this EA is sensitive to leverage. If you don't have 200:1 to 400:1, you must adopt a lower capital setting not to blow your account during strong trends as it utilizes grid & hedge strategies. I wouldn't recommend anything less than US$10k capital for anything that is grid. Also it contras across pairs, you will need to have more pairs traded to take advantage of this feature.
